OGR6 New Hire Paperwork

The Oak Grove R-VI School District is excited to welcome our new staff to an amazing school year.

The District will provide each new hire with documentation that needs to be completed. We are currently working with Frontline to create a smooth On Boarding process to assist new hires with completing their documentation.

Oak Grove R-VI currently collaborates with Bukaty for our benefit and supplemental needs. The Bukaty Team will be onsite to assist with questions during New Hire Orientation. Communication about all current benefit and supplemental plans will be emailed out to new hires to review. 

Key Points about OGR6 Benefits:
- Open Enrollment starts in May of each year.
- New benefit plans go into effect on July 1st of each calendar year.
- Medical deductibles run January 1st through December 31st 

Important Staff Reminders:
- All new hires must complete a background/fingerprint check.
- If a new hire is stepping in as a coach or a sponsor, their background check must be completed and on file before attending any practices.
- Retain a copy of your receipt from your background check to submit for reimbursement.
- A official copy of your transcripts from each college/university you have attended must be on file.
- OGR6 will need to obtain a copy of your driver's license. social security card, or passport.
