Summer Academy-Parent Permission Form Due 4-24-20

PARENT PERMISSION NEEDED TO SIGN UP FOR ONLINE SUMMER ACADEMY

Permission Forms are DUE ON APRIL 24th
  • We will offer Summer Academy online or as remote learning (at home) format. If the Stay at Home Order is lifted or modified to allow us to deliver summer school on campus, the district will consider that option.
  • All online or remote learning will take place from June 3rd through June 30th. Students will work off campus at their own pace.
  • To give your child permission to enroll in our online Summer Academy, please fill out the e-Form on your SIS Parent Portal. You will NOT need to select classes yet. Course offerings will be listed after April 24th.
  • Household Parent 1 will see at the top of your portal that a new e-from is available. It is highlighted in yellow.
  • The e-form DOES NOT show up on the SIS App or on a mobile device. Use a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Click on "View"
  • Complete the "2020 Summer School Parent Permission Form" giving permission to enroll or mark that your child will not be enrolling. You will have a week to complete this permission form.

Summer Academy Permission

  •  On April 24, watch for the list of classes available so you can select them. All course requests will need to be selected by May 1. This is the final deadline in order for us to prepare everything by June 3rd to get them in their online courses.
